Shipping policy

NZ SHIPPING
All orders ship from the Wanaka HQ, South Island, New Zealand. Orders placed before 11 am NZ time during weekdays (i.e. not the weekend) will ship that day.

All orders are sent by Courier Post which takes 1-3 workings days and a signature is required in the majority of cases when you receive your parcel, unless you have lodged your own personal ‘leave’ instructions.

We offer a number of shipping rates to suit the product(s) bought.

Orders placed during holidays may incur an additional 1-2 business days to be handled.

 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING 

We use DHL Express for Australian shipments.

Shipping to Australia is $79NZD for a wetsuit and lower rates for smaller weight items/packages. It is worth noting the weight breaks / cost.

All items are sent via DHL Express with a Tracking Number.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipments to Australia to be handled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use DHL Express Worldwide for 'rest of the world' International shipments. All items are sent via DHL Express Worldwide with a Tracking Number.

We offer a rate of $103NZD for a wetsuit which also includes anything else that will fit in the box up to 4.5kg. That is the 'volumetric weight' limit due to box shape. So spend large! This is a subsidised rate to most parts of the world depending on location.

Other products have lower rates for smaller weight items/packages but again, we are absorbing a proportion of the true cost. Even-so, we are sorry to say that for many of our smaller items the shipping may well be more than the item. 

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for international shipments to be handled.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs clearance charges and any applicable duties for international shipments.
